I lived in Saskatoon for a lot of years. No matter what temperature we were at, Winnipeg was always colder ... and windier. I have a lot of respect for anyone commuting in the prairies in the winter.
It seems that way sometimes, but this year Saskatchewan has been in the deep freeze. I think our weather has actually been nicer for the most part!
