nope. not at all.
when i am doing high rpm drills, I can kick 211-230 with both legs. after a few 2-legged runs to the
stratosphere, I can do one legged drills between 160-170 and hold it for at least 30 seconds
above 160. usually though I stay at 110 one legged. reaching 160 is just experimental really, but I
can do it anytime... on a resistance trainer that is. it takes practice and it's ugly to the mind and soul
the longest 10 seconds on earth are between 20 and 30secs doing these high speed drills lemme tell ya.
