An elderly friend and I are planning a bike tour in May, and one area we will be covering is Stirling, Ontario to Campbellford. We know there is a user fee trail between these two communities and wondered about the condition of the trail. We are using hybrid, touring -quipped bikes with luggage and road tires. Would the trail be suitable for this type of riding, or is it more suited for mountain bikes and no load? Any advice or information would be much appreciated.
