A quick cleaning can be done with wax and grease remover. I did that last night right before selling my pink prelude. I usually put some type of dressing on my tires before storing them in the back of the garage, but not if I'm going to ride them anytime soon. You can forget and hit the road on the first rainy day, down you go.

I'm not very happy with Continental Ultra Sports right now. I mounted them on my Trek 560, and rolled it into the garage 5-6 months ago. I rode it to work the other day, and after I got home I noticed they already have dry rot cracks like a 20 year old tire. I might try some
dressing on them, but I believe they're not long for this world.,,,,BD
