Remember what you said to a customer. A LBS that I no longer go to told me that he wanted me to bring my bikes for the 3 month tune up - (2) bought brand new from him.
So I bring the bikes, he is busy, and with a condescending voice told me that there was no need to bring in a new bike for service. He took the bikes anyway and did nothing after keeping them for a week. How do I know - the brakes on one bike needed adjustment (handle went to the stops) and it still went to the stops when I picked up the bike.
I simply can not stand sales people who are your best friend before the sale and after treat you like you are annoying them.
