I avoided going in there for a long time because any sort of hipster attitude would have pissed me off to no end. But when I did finally check it out they were very nice, less attitude than a lot of nyc shops. Maybe it is selective as turd stated, which is pretty lame, but I didn't see it.

As far as doing mailorder from them I wouldn't bother, their prices are on the high side. I'd go to business cycles for that, they have more track stuff than anyone, good prices and John who runs it is knowledgeable, helpful, and a nice guy. Or just go to American cycles in SF if you're in nocal.
