for a 50 mile ride i'd use the ciocc, and with water it's about 24 lbs - so that's 179 lbs total, rollin.

for a 600k brevet i did last year i'm pretty sure the loaded bike (w/ carradice saddlebag) was 30-35 lbs. (surly pacer).
