for the distance its 4 mile eatch way so at least 8 miles a day..plus some on weekend..no trails but some dirt road.
i saw a deal or mabe not...a trek 1000 = 300$ is it a good bike for us big guys.?

again not in a hurry here to spend cash..still in deap winter and wont commute this winter,,so have like 2 month to get one.
