Ok, I was a little "heavy" this morning due to some late night snacking, but weighed in at 150.6 fully dressed (kit, helmet, shoes, crap in pockets) and with my bike I was 168 even.
Upon returning, I was 146.8 and 162.8 with my bike. I ate all of the food I had with me and drank much of the liquid and did not take on any additional fluids.
