How was today's commute? In a word - lonely. Just because there's a bit of rain and wind around. C'mon all you cycle commuters in Perth, Western Australia - get out and enjoy riding when it's not the usual beautiful blue skies! A couple of problems on our riverside bike path as well - one place has a pile of sand washed down the hill during a torrential downpour two nights ago, while other sections are covered by pieces of vegetable matter and, in other places, gravel and sand blown out of the river and across the path by the high winds today.

On another topic, saw the specialist after my accident over eight months ago. My collar bone still hasn't reunited, although there is what the radiographer's report called 'exuberant callus formation'. What in Hades is that? Anyone know?
