Right now I'm 6'5" 290 and losing. Was up to 306 before Christmas. I played basketball in college, but took up bike racing. I was a Cat 2 and weighed 175-180. Quit racing and took up weight lifting and eating. Put on about 40 lbs of muscle. When I can get down to 225 I will be at 10% body fat. I'm wondering if at 47 I can get to that place. Not sure, but I[m going to keep it as my ultimate goal. Lately people ask if I was a pro football player.
