Brakes, yes. Levrs no. First those are MTB levers. You need the Shimano BL-R770 Flat Bar Road Brake Lever.

The Campy brakes with these would be impossible to remove the tire as Campy brakes don't have a release.

Get some Nashbar brakes and Shimano flat bar road levers. Also Bens Cycle with have some levers that will work with road brakes and cheap Dia-Compe calipers as well.
