TrackStar has some dope stuff. If youve got the cash burning a hole and your pocket and your in NYC, then definitely make it a shopping stop. American Express and credit cards not accepted there. Prices are very competitive. Attitude is only for people who have low self esteem. Assert yourself and it doesn't matter who gives you attitude. They are a bunch of young hip kids but that doesn't write them off as "too cool for school". If that bothers people, then anything said could be internalized as "tude".
I always feel like a little kid in a candy store there and I don't know where to look first. It's got the feel of the old "Soho Skates" if any of you old skool skaters remember which is why I like it too.
BUT.... If you're looking for mail order, then don't look any further than John and Business. that man knows his business. Very knowledgeable and reliable. TrackStar wouldn't do too well on that aspect of the business because they just seem too laid back. They haven't even gotten their website up AND only take cash.
