My take on it is like this:
I understand her point to an extent. I'm gone. Not to be seen for several hours while she's stuck at home. BUT. She chooses to be stuck at home. I have tried to get her to join in something or come with me. Nope. Then she always uses it against when she needs to knock me down a few notches. And in turn it always get's in my head.

You know? Like in Rocky II. When his wife was all against him getting back in the ring with Apollo Creed. Rocky didn't train well. He was a "Bum." Likewise. If I don't feel my wife is behind me, I get a little mental thing going.
