Yup, the same IRD. Sorta obscure frame, ya don't see many around town. At least I haven't. And yeah, BB7s. They're simple, cheap and effective. You've got a keen eye, my friend.
s'cuse my ignorance... "dual-bangers"? as in bangers and mash? Sorry, mashed potatoes and sausages are too heavy for cycling food. I'd rather go with a couple packets of Gu and a bottle of Accelerade

I'm not a true weight weenie but I certainly don't want excessive weight if I could help it. This one's my "simple" bike without going SS. I still have my hardtail w/ sus fork and my full suspension bike for those other days I don't wanna go "simple".
