Man, Serge, you must live in some fairy tale world were no a-holes exist. About twice a month I'll witness some vehicular maneuver that could only have come from the mind of a deranged psychopath. I have made eye contact with drivers only to have them, with obvious intent, seek to cause me bodily harm. I do commute through some pretty bad neighborhoods, though. I thoroughly respect your advice on vehicular cycling and it is good sound advice. But it doesn't help much in situations where someone actually goes out of their way to harass you.
