Bikes: 84 Raleigh Portage, 83 Trek 620

1) Exercise zone 2 or higher at least 25 hours per month.
2) Eat steel cut oats or other whole grains for breakfast at least 5 times per week and no diner or fast food breakfasts.
3) Decrease waist size by 3 inches.
4) Complete a century by June 30.
5) Complete a 200k by Aug 30.
