Loosing Weight During Winter Training (on Rollers)
Well everybody,
It seems to be working.....
Im staying below 200lbs (Im 6'2") and eating and drinking just about whatever I want (burp).
Im riding my lugged steelie several times a week for about an hour mostly in the early morning.
I turn on the internet radio, get all tuned-up up on a couple mugs of strong cappucino and do sprints and cruises on the rollers for about an hour.
Its not as bad (boring) as I though is was going to be. The flexibility to ride in the morning
or in the evening without concern for the weather etc. is a bonus too.
