steve-d: I say you're wrong: Campy (and all their copies) hubs with holes in the center section and spring steel clips were intended for oil and called such. You can use them for grease if you want but don't re-write history.
There was a company that sold a retro-fit kit (wasn't much to it just some directions and a selection of plugs) for drilling you own *grease* injection ports on hubs and pedal bodies...might have been Morningstar. But they didn't sell a kit for headsets, given that HSs were mainly steel I guess that it would have been beyond the DIYer with a hand-drill.
