I got a pro fit at my local LBS and then a couple months later cross referenced the measurements at both wrenchscience and competitive cyclist. In both cases, all the numbers were dead on with the exception of saddle height. Both the online sites recommended a height about 3 cm lower than where I was. This seemed rather extreme but I lowered the saddle anyway. 1 cm per week up to 3. After riding for awhile in the fully lowered position, I started raising it again. It took weeks to dial it in but I ended up 2 cm below where I was and 1 cm above where the sites recommended.
Now, I am so used to this current height that I can easily adjust it to within a couple millimeters on feel alone.
