I live in Victoria BC and we rarely ever get snow, sometimes go for 2 or 3 years without snow. Usually when it does come it lasts for a day or two, but it shuts the city down. Few cars drove today, lots of accidents, vehicles in ditches etc.

I got alot of strange looks as I rode past everyone on my DH bike. Hahahahahaha...suckers.
