That's an umbrella holder. New images were added. With so much Jitensha's (Commuters bike from Japan) coming in, I prefer uniqueness of frame design and components (accessories) made of stainless or stainless steel. Brand names such as Bridgestone, National, Miyata, Maruishi, Panasonic, and Marukin are usually in demand. I prefer National Bicycles for the commuters bike class.
