After some really crappy weather in late December, our January weather ended up averaging about "normal," meaning: lows in the 30's, highs around 40 every day. The roads were damp or wet almost every day, but I think I only rode in pouring rain 5 or 6 times.

I did one commute last week at 24 degrees, but it was a spectacularly clear day, no wind, and just a beautiful dawn ride. Yesterday it was about 42 degrees when I went out, very nice.

I just totalled January miles - 586, a pretty good month for me.
