If you are looking at the UN54 then you probably don't want to spend the kind of cash needed to get the Phil Wood BB. What you want is the Miche Pista BB which comes in 107mm and 110mm spindle lengths and costs about $30. The 75's ask for a 109mm spindle but the Miche will work because it has adjustable cups. My rear hub has a 44mm chainline so I got the 110. For a 42mm chainline you'd probably want the 107.
