What I do like, is the fact that the top tube length is just about right for her size, 51.5cm. It may even be a little bit short. So, I think that I can compensate with a littlebit of setback. I really won't knowuntil I can get some measurements of her, and start tinkering little by little.
To get a good idea of what I need, I may just get a full set of measurements from her, and plug it into the Competitive Cyclist website fit calculator.
You can't dope this out with a slide rule. Get a cheap seatpost and some cheap stems that are about right and change things out till it works.Even bars have different reach.
