I did my 30 mile outdoor ride today in time to be able to watch my Stillers win. Sunny and 40 degrees, it felt like summer again! We had a 7 man posse of good riders. Today's ride took me to 10.25 hours of training/riding this week. This ride put me at 10.25 hrs of riding/training this week and my legs felt it, I was able to have restraint and didn't do the hill sprints and two town line sprints.
