Ibex also makes some windfront underwear. I bought a pair on sale but haven't had reason to use them yet. Basically... windfront only goes so far most of the time I wear a pair of breathable rain pants over my regular work clothes and that does fine down to about 20F any colder and I start wearing wool tights under the work clothes. But the rain pants block the wind just fine.
