Ok, the dilemma lies in the title. I'm torn between these two bikes currently.

I've test road them both and love them both equally. The Volpe felt lighter and quicker than the Cross Check.

I dig STI over brifter too. The Cross Check just felt more like a tank. I race cross and road so I need something good and swift.

Does anyone have an opinion on the two? Which do you prefer and why?
