No not all motor. Turbocharged. 10 seconds isn't all that hard to hit in the Honda game anymore or really for any import. Everything was done for a total cost of under $7k (including cost of the car). Also I can see you don't know to much about drag racing because there is a huge difference between a 10.8 car and a 10.2 car, nevermind a 9.4 car. Mine was 400 FWHP and 2250lbs with me in it.
