i think he meant freewheel as in, a freewheeling hub, with individual sprockets in lieu of a cassette group. i dont know how you like the seat, its squishy and huge. and the brakes are scary weak. if you change the rim tape to something good, you could pump them more then 80, stock rim tape youll flat all day long. yes ive ridden one.

as for cars, why the caveat for new? CPO is just as good. and i dont know why you dismiss the genesis coupe out of the box. you sound too young to fondly recall older, simpler, lighter, "realer" cars. if i was you, id tell pops to buy a 3-4k miata for your first car. i too, am a right wheel drive connoisseur. sounds like we have similar tastes. this is my daily and my toy. i had an s13 also, pictured. not too fond. im probably going to go to an e36 m3 once i get tired of 2 seaters, which may never happen since ive had some sort of 2 seater since i started driving 7 years ago.
