possibly a new headset, something of the cheaperish tange levin variety. It would be easier to buy a headset to match the fork opposed to using the old one. The crown race diameter is the one to watch out for. Just install in the $50-70 range I would think.
I have to do pretty much the same thing (fork from a 62cm frame is going on a 60cm frame), will I be okay taking in just the fork? I could take in the old fork and the new fork and the shop could just match them up, is that right? It might be a pain in the neck to take the whole frame/fork combo in....
