Help mounting a toll tag

I plan or cranking it up and riding my bike FAST on the highway and need a good way to mount a toll tag so I can zip through toll booths.

Just kidding, of course.

After 7 months of consistent commuting, the security group in my company has asked me to stop pedaling around the garage access gate and to scan my badge to raise the swing arm so I can be tracked in the security logs. I understand their need, but theory is easier than execution. I tried it in the beginning, but stopping the bike, hopping off, opening my trunk bag, getting and swiping my ID, then remounting before the gate closes is not so much a challenge as an annoyance. For my car, I have a company provided RFID "Toll Tag" that automagically opens the gate (no badge needed).

I need some suggestions on how to mount this relatively high in the front of my bike somewhere where it will be secure. Making my badge more accessible is a big fat failure as I every more accessible way I've tried results in my forgetting my badge and being locked out of the gym until about 8:00AM when most people start rolling in.

If you've never seen a toll tag, it is essentially a credit card sized hunk of plastic about 1 CM thick.
