You know I'm one of those people, so I'll assume you're just busting my balls on this one.

I'd not buy a frame based on ST size along. 16" C-T size frame = 23" ETT on the 29er Inbred frames.

14-16" seat tube frames with 22-23" ETT make me happy. This one has the TT dropped about 3" down from the top of the ST as well for a very deeply sloped looked, which I like. The chainstays are a bit longer than I'd like, but for a first 29er frame, getting shorter and staying in the price range of the On-One frame would have been tough.
Not sure why so many companies still refer to frame sizing so much with the seat tube length, other than habit or tradition.
