I bought it from the original owner, and he did indeed care for the bike well, I was lucky to find it. It was on Portland CL, and as it turned out, only about 15 blocks from me. I'd never even seen one before, and really knew nothing about it, but I did know that Miyata had a good product. It just looked like a well built bike, and I got there first thing Sunday morning.
Actually, it came with a silver Zefal Hp pump and a chrome umbrella clip. I just didn't mount it back up yet.
Bar Keepers Friend powder worked really well on the chainring bolts, and all the other chrome parts.
