I'm on with you guys on the 6-8 meals a day plan.
Breakfast is a bowl of oats with blueberries, bananas and nuts.
Ride to work
2nd breakfast is a cup of joe, apple, and some carb. Usually a mini bagel or whole wheat english muffin.
mid morning snack- is a fruit
lunch- Sandwich
afternoon snack- granola or nuts
Ride home
Dinner- heavy on the protien, light on the carbs.
After dinner snack- Usually a yogurt, small bowl of healthy cereal with milk, or more fruit.
Stop eating 2hrs before bed
I eat pretty clean, The most processed thing I eat is in the lunch portion of my day, the sandwich. This works out to close to 2000 calories perday. I think I need to up my intake, but right now I can't eat that much and I'm working on it. I'm 5'10" and used to be 200lbs, I'm down to about 165-168ish.
