Probably. I think the DA cups are polished, though.

I think my old square taper Campy Chorus BB (that I'm selling to MarkSLC as part of the whole set) is one of THE BEST spinning setups out there! But, since all of my other setups now are external, it made sense to make the switch and look for the least drag possible.

I feel like the Phil Wood bearings spin as well as my Chrous ST, fwiw. Just my $0.02. Perception is half the battle, right?
