I know this thread is only four years old, but....

John Hollands is still fabricating frames. Lugged steel the way they should be made. He's been doing it for EVER. And he's great to deal with.

I just picked up my hand built frame. It has down tube shifters, Super Record Groupo save the modern Record crankset, Sachs Maillard seven speed 12-28 and C Record high flange hubs.

He did a wonderful job and the paint is blue with white panels. It really sets off the Henry James polished stainless steel lugs.

Sorry no pics as I don't have a flicker account. Only film camera. I suppose I could have the pics put on a CD by the developer and try to post them. But I understand there's a limit to the number of pixels.

Beyond me.

Anyway, the bike isn't.

John's bike was patterned after the one featured in Bicycle Guide, April 1996 if anyone has the older mags.

His phone in Baltimore is (410) 823-7691.

Best

Steve
