Last Wednesday and Thursday I rode through the Assiteague national wildlife refuge. Perfect in that it was evening wed. then early Thur. morning before I went to a meeting on Wallops Island. Anyone visiting Virginia's Eastern shore should go have a look. It's a fee area, but bikes are free!
