Equivalent in terms of what? Cost? Weight? Feel? The first is easily compared though variable depending on where the components are sourced. The second is easy enough to compare. The third is completely subjective and will depend on what feels more comfortable to you. Campy and Shimano hoods are different and so are the shift lever setups.

My suggestion is to figure out which you like more and assuming it's in your budget, get it.
