Hi, my bike has mounts as shown on the attachments (there is a hole as shown by the red circle!)

I would like to install mud guards similar to these:

Would it be possible to put them on my bike or will I need different ones?

Also I would like to put flaps on the bottom on the guards, what would be the best way to do this?
