Charity Ride Route Mapping Software?

I'll check the Charity Ride forum as well, but I'm wondering if there might be someone on this forum that could direct me to a software program for producing route maps for a new charity bike ride in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

I have used MapMyRide for personal rides and I am aware of Veloroutes and BikeToaster but have not used them. One of the big problems is that MMR and BikeToaster, for example, use GoogleMaps whose maps for the Puerto Vallarta area are good but still very incomplete for the proposed route.

I also have MapSource, but not the charts for Mexico, which I am told only have detailed road maps for Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey.

So, I am looking for opinions about these four as well as suggestions for other mapping tools that might serve our purpose.

Thanks
