I am guessing that you probably did not receive any instructions with your $1 cleaner but if you had those instructions would have warned against putting any flammable liquids in the cleaner. Ultrasonic energy will cause flammable liquids to vaporize copiously and possbily self ignite or be ignited by static electricity resulting in fire!!!!!!!!!
