Most "lay" articles for exercise give examples and then readers - like yourselves, misinterpret and misapply the information. That's what happening here.

Richard, it is not what you say, it is how you say it. You did not make up the information that you are giving so don't go all Prometheus on us, (someone else brought the fire).
