I have an older Faggin with the pantographed lugs and everything, and it had (it has since flaked off) a Columbus "Tre Tubi", sticker meaning the 3 main tubes are Columbus, but the rest are lesser tubing of some sort. Mind you, mine doesn't have the braze-on derailleur tab or internal routing.
Tre-tubi can be a misnomer of sorts... I had a bike with a Tre-Tubi decal which has SP main tubes and cromor stays and forks... still an all columbus bike a full butted tubeset.
In anycase, there are so few Faggin for reference that I doubt the OP will ever know.
