It looks like your choice is between bikes with a great frame and low end components or the best components on a mediocre frame.
I would go with the Cannondale, a great frame with low end components, but as another poster has said, an upgrade to 105 components, which are functionally as good as the DA, is probably doable at your price range. Then you would have the best of both worlds.
