What I know so far is that they just signed with forest industries to produce the paint and it should be on the market in a month or so.

I will talk to them about the how it works and see if they can fix it...my understanding is the guy who created or invented whatever the word is, is a chemist. Supposedly they can even control the degree of reflection through the chemistry, there are no glass beads in it. According to the website your question on application they is it will be available in spray, paint dipping and powder coating.

their 'how it works' section is merely a 'what it does' description. I'd really like to know how it works from a physics persepective, micro glass beads in the paint? Does this imply it must be brush applied? or does this stuff come in spray cans?

convenient spray cans would rock for marking hazards on my route.

Might also be amusing (if it is as invisible in daylight as they claim) to spray paint 'COP' on those steath police cruisers downtown...
