The Super Tourist DX is what I bought. It has an extra set of rails on the sides for the panniers over the Super Tourist, leaving the top completely open for one of the MTX bags or whatever you want, while also lowering your CoG. Unfortunately, it's hard to find in the US, but i got it from SJ Cycles for a reasonable price (around $50-60) shipped as part of a bigger order. The MTX trunk bags are so nifty that i'm pretty much constrained to Topeak now for rear racks so i can use the bags on all my bikes, but that's not much of a limitation.
