The brand (Windsor) maybe the questionable part. Ultimately reputation is a nice starting guide when buying bikes as you will get a feel for reliability, quality, service etc. I haven't really heard of Windsor and to me at least that's practically buying a brandless bike.

Ofcourse I could just be ignorant so maybe a search of the forums for this brand is in order.
