i was in the market for a new saddle. my old and broken san marco skn was shot. last year i tried a arione which was okay but i sold it because it didn't feel as good as my broken in skn. this year i bought a new skn from the lbs and rode it for about 20min and realized it wasn't going to work out. then i thought how could i ride 2 years on that same saddle and not 20 mins on a new one. anyways i really wanted to try a scratch b/c for one it looked nice and a range of pro riders use them from the big guys like fabian c. to the skinny guys like frank s. who is built alot like me. it seems to fit such a wide variety of different sized people and is fastly becoming a favorite with the pros. the pirces on ebay are crazy but i picked on up on pbk for $130 canadian. all i can say is that i rode it for about 1.5 hours so far and it fits like a glove. very nice saddle. about 225 grams. full carbon shell. no hot spots and not to cushy. imo its the best thing since sliced bread. i never knew what i was missing. so if anyone is wanting to take the plunge i would recommend this saddle. i know every ass is different but this saddle does the trick.
