You would think designers learn from this. What's worse is a cut-through from Eisenhower Avenue (Connector exit/entrance from the Beltway) to Franconia. They built a ramp that zig/zaps back and forth through metal rails maybe six times. This is all on a steep incline. I often see people walking it.
